Celebrating Ivorian Gastronomy

As part of the Sublime Côte dIvoire strategy, the launch will highlight the nations exceptional culinary diversity, with iconic dishes presented by Chef Moos, an expert with three Michelin-star experience. Were excited to offer an authentic taste of Côte dIvoire, blending tradition with refined culinary art, said Chef Moos. Guests can expect a journey through flavors with creations such as chocolate truffles, bofloto (puff-puff), and freshly prepared ginger and hibiscus juices.

Festive Launch Highlights

The official launch will be held in the presence of esteemed guests, including the Minister of Tourism and Leisure, Fofana Siandou; the Ivorian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Her Excellency Sara Amani; and the Director of the Tourism and Leisure Office for the United Kingdom and Ireland, Mrs. Djenebou Komah. They will share their inspiring vision for sustainable tourism and highlight the incredible heritage that makes Côte dIvoire so special.

Cultural Performances by Henri Gaobi and His Troupe: Renowned as one of the UKs first djembe instructors, Henri Gaobi and his troupe will showcase the vibrancy of Ivorian music and dance traditions in live performances, creating an immersive cultural experience.

Culinary Tastings: Chef Moos will present a selection of Ivorian delights, including tasty cashews, bofloto, and the traditional drinks ginger juice and hibiscus juice (Bissap), creating an authentic taste journey of Côte dIvoires culinary heritage.
